The Presidential Candidate of New Patriotic Party, Dr. Bawumia has reiterated his commitment to reducing the cost of Mobile phones and data should he become President.
According to him, the taxes on imported mobile phones will be removed to make them affordable.
Speaking to party supporters at Nhyiaeso constituency in the Ashanti Region today, November 18 2024, Dr. Bawumia said the cost of Data will also become cheaper in order for the youth to make calls.
“Everybody wants a Mobile phone. I am going to make the mobile phone price to come down, no taxes on mobile phone imports”, he promised.
