Starboi Kwarteng, father of the late Ebony Reigns, has revealed that he got a visit from his daughter the morning of her fourth year commemoration.
He made this revelation to Doctar Cann during an interview on Happy FM’s Ayekoo After-Drive show, and emphasized that he is not saying this for clout because he is way past that stage.
Starboi expressed that, he has always had a very great rapport with his daughter and this can even be seen from how she always described him so wonderfully in interviews. He mentioned that because of the good relationship he always had with his daughter, Ebony only left him physically when she passed but never in spirit.
He narrated that on the 8th of February, 2022, being the day of marking her fourth year, he was in his living room around 8am doing a few things when all of a sudden, his television turned on by itself.
“Nana Hemaa visited us. She was all over the place and I loved it. Today, Nana Hemaa was with me and my family. She came home. No one should say that I am lying because I wouldn’t lie for anything. Nana Hemaa visited today”, he said.
Proving this, he added, “The television cannot turn on by itself because it is not like Apostle Safo’s televisions that you can turn on without a remote. It’s a regular 4K television set and we cannot schedule a time that it should turn on”.
Starboi Kwarteng shared that when he noticed this, he rushed to call the whole family into the living room and everyone said whatever they wanted to say to her before they went to the graveside to lay flowers on her tomb.
“Nana Hemaa was home today and my day was made fully”, the late singer’s father concluded.
