Former Asante Kotoko striker Eric Bekoe has vowed never to don the porcupine jersey again for the rest of his career.
The 31-year-old stated his desire to rejoin the Porcupine Warriors at the start of the 2017/18 Ghana Premier League campaign.
But his dream was shattered after failing to impress then Coach Steve Polack during a two week trial before he secured a move to join Kenyan giants AFC Leopards.
In a revelation on Happy FM’s Anopa Bosuo Sports, Eric Bekoe vowed never again will he play for Asante Kotoko due to reasons he was shown the exit even though he wanted to re-unite with them
“I won’t play for Kotoko again. I tried coming back to Kotoko on three occasions but didn’t succeed. I have had enough and won’t like to join them again as a player. If its anything different that they will need me to help fine, but as a player, I’m not ready to accept”
“I have said Kotoko is the team I will play but with the little they have shown me after three attempts to join, I will never accept to play for Kotoko again. Its even due to their pressure that my mom even died.”
“I didn’t really want to sign for the Kenyan side. My problem with Steve Polack made me do it,” Bekoe added
