Evolvin’ Women DMCC, a leading talent development platform, and the Africa Center for Hospitality Aviation and Tourism (ACHAT), a premier hospitality and tourism institution in Ghana, have announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on making the Evolvin’ Women Program available in Ghana.
The partnership aims to provide Ghanaian women with access to training and development opportunities in the hospitality, aviation, luxury retail, and tourism sectors. AFCHAT will facilitate the program’s accessibility in Ghana.
Key highlights of the Collaboration include Talent Development, a 12-month training on soft skills, etiquette, and cultural awareness and a focus on an end-to-end platform for talent development, particularly for women.

Under the terms of the MOU, Evolvin’ Women will work exclusively with AFCHAT in Ghana for talent development programs in hospitality, aviation, and tourism.
