Flag Staff House turns corruption headquarters under Akufo-Addo-Akamba

The Deputy National Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Joshua Akamba has indicated that it is only under the watch of the sitting president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo that a lackadaisical approach has been put up in the fight against corruption in the country.
”Business people are paying as much 25,000 Dollars to identifiable individuals at the Flag Staff House only to see the president to discuss their business ideas.
He said the president is the originator and maker of corruption in the country adding that people who are collecting the fat bribes  and envelopes at presidency have all been identified by the accuser  in the bribery matter.
The likes Samuel Jinapo, Asenso-Boakye, Duke among others are still loitering on the corridors of power under the watch of the president.
The Flag Staff House is now the hub and headquarters of corruption in the country adding that the president is just paying lips service to the fight against corruption in the  country.
Mr. Akamba made this comment on the ‘Epa Hoa Daben socio-political show on Accra-based Happy FM hosted by Kwame Afrifa –Mensah.
He said now the appointees  under the president are driving in brand new land cruisers even though the president has earlier promised there will be no purchase of new vehicles under his watch.
According to him, instead of the president fighting the corruption under his watch he is rather going round setting up institutions to deal with his opponents in the country.
