Ghanaian artiste Maradona Yeboah Adjei, known in the entertainment circles as Guru, has urged to Government to force all the telecommunication companies in Ghana to support the dying Ghanaian music industry.
The ‘Lapaz Toyota’ hit maker’s submission comes on the back of several calls from some industry players concerning the decline in the progress of Ghanaian music in recent times.
“You see the Telcos have social responsibilities that they carry out in a whole year. If the government forces them to invest in artistes, it will help the music industry ,” the NKZ president stated on Happy FM’s Ayekoo After Drive show.
