Kofi Kordzi, has made a significant leap in his career by signing a one-year contract with Libya’s prominent football club, Al-Tahaddy Sporting Club.

This transition follows the conclusion of Kordzi’s contract with Legon Cities, marking the end of his stint with the Ghanaian club. During his time with Legon Cities, Kordzi played a pivotal role in helping Hearts of Oak secure both the Ghana Premier League and the FA Cup titles in 2021, solidifying his reputation as a top-class striker.

Kordzi’s exceptional performances on the domestic front earned him recognition at the national level, earning him a spot on the Ghana home-based national team. His talent shone brightly on the international stage during the 2023 CHAN tournament held in Morocco, where he showcased his skills and abilities.

The successful transfer of Kordzi to the Libyan top-flight was orchestrated by Nana Kwarteng of Sports Light Consult, emphasizing the agency’s expertise in managing football talent.

This move to Al-Tahaddy SC marks Kordzi’s second venture abroad, following his stint with Qatari side Muaither SC in 2020. While his previous international experience was challenging, leading to his return to the Ghanaian top flight after just one year.
