The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially announced the release of the 2025 Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS).
In a directive issued to Regional Directors of Education, GES instructed that the information be swiftly communicated to District Directors and Heads of Schools to ensure timely action.
GES emphasized that all student admissions must strictly adhere to the placement lists generated by the CSSPS Secretariat.
Schools are not permitted to admit students outside these lists unless they receive written approval from the Service.
Students who have secured placements are expected to report to their assigned schools starting October 18, 2025, to begin the registration process. Heads of schools have been tasked with ensuring that registration is conducted smoothly and in line with official guidelines.
GES warned that any violations including unauthorized admissions attract administrative sanctions. Regional and District Directors have also been charged with monitoring the process and providing necessary oversight to maintain transparency and order.
The Service expressed confidence in the cooperation of all stakeholders to ensure a fair and successful admission process for the 2025 academic year.
