Hearts of Oak head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara has defended his players’ performance in the Ghana Premier League game against Accra Lions.
The Phobians on Sunday, December 29, 2024, secured a narrow 3-2 victory over Accra Lions on match day 15 of the ongoing 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League season.
“We lost concentration when we came from the dressing room. I don’t know what happened, but the important thing is that we took the three points.”
“We couldn’t make it, and Wayo came, Karikari (Martin), and all these players came to change the game and take the three points; that’s the important thing,” he said.
Hearts of Oak will host Legon Cities on match day 16 at the University of Ghana Stadium on January 3, 2025.
