A young girl, during the ‘Bone ka’ session of Happy Fm’s religious show Nsem Pii, shared her ordeal on how her caretaker’s husband turned her into a sex object when she was only ten years old.
The young girl narrated to host, Rev. Nyansa Boakwa in a phone call interview that she was only ten (10) years old when she was sent to a woman who lived in Sunyani to take care of her. According to the girl, the woman’s husband always took advantage of her when his wife was out.

As young as she was, she was never able to fight him off, neither was she able to tell her madam because she was scared of the threats he rained on her. At some point, she resulted to going with the woman to work but even then, the man would always find an opportunity to try and sleep with her when she came back home. This act went on till finally, she was taken out of their care.
The poor girl has still not been able to tell anyone about her traumatic experience and she confessed that even till now, she has not been able to find a man to stick by her side because they all come and leave eventually.
