The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) has announced the closure of the first phase of its 2025/2026 recruitment exercise, which involved the sale of application forms and the submission of online applications.

In a statement posted on its official Facebook page, the Service indicated that the sale of application forms ended on Monday, December 15, 2025, while the online application portal was officially closed on Friday, December 19, 2025.

GNFS wished all qualified applicants the best of luck as the recruitment process progresses to subsequent stages.

The Service also cautioned applicants and the general public against paying money to individuals who claim they can offer assistance or guarantee placement in the recruitment exercise, describing such claims as fraudulent.

Applicants seeking further information or clarification have been advised to contact the GNFS through its official communication channels, including the email address recruitment@mint.gov.gh, its official website, and verified social media platforms.

The Ghana National Fire Service reiterated its commitment to transparency and urged the public to rely only on official GNFS sources for updates regarding the remaining stages of the recruitment exercise.
