A violent land dispute in Gomoa Bantama, also known as Millennium City in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region, has left two individuals in critical condition.

Authorities have arrested two suspects, identified as Patrick Ndego and Hassan, for allegedly attacking victims with cutlasses during an altercation.

Chief Nana Kwesi Amoani has voiced concern about ongoing threats and violence in the community, stating that residents are living in fear due to repeated attacks by Ndego, who has reportedly been harassing property developers in the area.

He has called for urgent intervention from the Inspector General of Police to restore peace and security.

The incident highlights the growing tensions over land ownership and development in the region, prompting demands for swift justice and stronger enforcement to prevent further violence.
