Opinion leaders and residents of Gomoa Dominase Zongo in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region have urged the Minister for Works, Housing, and Water Resources to address their need and provide potable water for the community.
Residents have expressed concern about water challenges in the Dominase Junction Zongo area. For years, they have relied on River Dawa, which has led to skin rashes.
They have appealed to the minister to provide a clean source of drinking water for the community, highlighting the presence of a roadside pipeline that could facilitate this extension.
Abdul Rahman Alhassan, an opinion leader mentioned that they have repeatedly complained about their water issues, but no action has been taken to resolve the problem.
