The Ghana Revenue Authority’s (GRA) Customs Division has declared a two-month amnesty window for individuals using uncustomed vehicles, effective August 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024, allowing them to regularize their status without penalty. A recent press release announced that during the 2-month amnesty period, the Customs Division will waive all penalties typically associated with impounded uncustomed vehicles.
