The Ghana Grid Company (GRIDCo) has announced a scheduled power outage on Sunday, May 18, 2025, due to planned maintenance works at the Kasoa Bulk Supply Point (BSP).
The exercise, which aims to improve service delivery, will take place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
According to a statement, the maintenance is essential for enhancing power reliability and efficiency within the Central Region.
The affected areas include Kpormotey, Kalabule, Adaakope, Amuzu Kope, Amanfrom, Denchira, Ashalaja, Adam Nana, Nurses Quarters, Kwame Anum, Kuwait, Langba, Fulani, Mama Africa, and surrounding communities.
GRIDCo expressed regret over any inconvenience the outage might cause.
