The Ministry of Health has commenced applications for qualified Ghanaian nurses seeking employment opportunities in Grenada.
This initiative forms part of a bilateral agreement between the governments of Ghana and Grenada aimed at strengthening healthcare cooperation and professional exchange.
According to a statement from the Ministry, the recruitment targets experienced Registered Nurses across various specialties, including Critical Care, Accident and Emergency, Public Health, and General Nursing.
Applicants must meet the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana’s regulatory requirements and possess a minimum of five years of professional practice.
Prospective candidates are required to submit academic certificates, a Certificate of Good Standing from the Nursing and Midwifery Council, a recent criminal clearance report, curriculum vitae, reference letters, and a valid passport with at least two years before expiry. Certified copies of all academic and professional documents will be needed during interviews.
The application period runs from Friday, October 24 to Tuesday, October 28, 2025, through the Ministry of Health’s online recruitment portal. The Ministry noted that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
This programme aligns with Ghana’s broader strategy to facilitate international career opportunities for healthcare professionals while enhancing bilateral relations and knowledge exchange in the health sector.
