Hire Qualified and Professional Electrician to Avoid Domestic Fire Outbreak – GNFS

The Ghana National Fire Service Command branch of the Jaman North District Assembly in the Bono Region is admonishing the public to seek qualified and professional when ready to put up their buildings.

Speaking at the fire and safety program, Mr. Michael Yenli (A.S.O), the fire Safety Education Officer of the Ghana National Fire Service in the Jaman North District advised the residents to always hire authorised, qualify and professional electricians to wire their houses and workplaces to avoid using inferior electrical gadgets that caused domestic fire outbreak.

Mr. Michael Yenli (A.S.O) also advised land owners to seek expert knowledge before laying foundations for their buildings. He advised them to have two exit paths in their building plans to avoid stampede. The use of fire alarms is very necessary. Citizens have been advised to also be cautious of using POP, aluminium glasses and iron rods in their wind
