Talented young Ghanaian Hiphop artiste, Kwesi Arthur has stated that he can grab the Viewer’s Choice ‘Best New International Act’ for the 2018 for the Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards.

The “Anthem” hitmaker has been nominated for the Viewer’s Choice ‘Best New International Act’ for the 2018 BET Awards.
To win that award, he has to beat off competition from Mc Soffia (Brazil), Prince Waly (France), Niniola (Nigeria), Sjava (South Africa), Sik-K (South Korea), Nailah Blackman (Trinidad And Tobago), Not3s (UK), Iamddb (UK) and Take A Mic (France).

Responding to a question on Happy FM’s Showbiz Xtra if he is upbeat about his chances of clinching the coveted prize in his category, the young artiste said, “I can win as long as I have been nominated.”

“But whoever wins is okay,” he deduced.

On 5th of June 2018 BET Awards took to their twitter handle to congratulate the talented Ghana musician. They wrote on twitter… “Congrats to @KwesiArthur_ on his nomination for #BETAwards2018 Viewer’s Choice “Best International Act”. To vote for Kwesi Arthur and help him win, comment with #IPICKKWESIA18 on our Instagram page! The BET Awards 2018 are in association with @RussianBearSA.”

The budding star is currently leading with the number of votes which is visible on the Instagram page of BET Awards.

Kwesi Arthur, whose song ‘Grind Day’ won ‘Hip Pop Song of the Year’ at the 2018 Ghana Music Awards, becomes the second Ghanaian to be nominated for that category. MzVee was nominated for that award in 2015.
