The dancehall king has revealed that he fasts every day of his life.
In his last interview prior to his ‘Reign’ album launch, he expressed how spiritual and prayerful he is.
“Pushing me and making me who I am, it’s the man up there, it’s God so in our going out and in our coming in we need to always remember Him. I think it’s always with me, you know me, anytime we want to do something special I say Yo let’s hold hands whether in Hausa or Dagbani, any language, I believe God understands,” he stated.
When asked if he ever fasts he said, “Yes a couple o times, just for this show, I think like three times. Me myself I do fasting everyday because I don’t eat as I even came here, I’ve not even eaten,” he said.
Shatta Wale’ s awaited album launch is set to take place at the Fantasy Dome in Accra on October 13, 2018.
