A Ghanaian man whom for the sake of this interview will be called Bruce, has disclosed how he deeply regrets having sex with his brother’s daughter.
According to him, it happened some years back when his niece was still young.
“She and I were very close and she used to come and spend time with me in my house.”
Talking about how it happened, he told Kwabena Boafo on Happy 98.9 FM’s Boneka Edition of NsemPii, “I was still a virgin at the time and I was staying alone . She was also about 18 years old at the time. During one of her numerous visits to me, I don’t know what came over me but I managed to convince her to have sex with me which she also agreed to.”
He furthered that, after the first time it went on again about three times and on these occasions, his niece was the one throwing herself at him.
Bruce mentioned that after doing this, he noticed his life had changed to worse and, “whenever I think about the past, I cannot help but to think my actions are now having an effect on my life”.
He went on to disclose that currently, he is unable to keep a relationship but she niece is happily married with two children and, “I always feel bad and regret my actions although we are very distant now”.
