Ghanaian UK-based recording artiste, Kelvin Laryea popularly known as Kwamz has opened up about his infamous split from the once adorable Ghanaian duo, Kwamz and Flava.

One half of the dynamic duo Kwamz, in an exclusive interview on Happy 98.9 with Akua Sika on the Happy Evening Drive revealed that the only reason he went solo is to effectively focus on his music career.

“Kwamz and Flava have consistently pushed an African-influenced sound and I plan to keep that alive with fresh sounds joining the impressive repertoire,” he said.

Speaking on his relationship with his former colleague, he added, “Flava and I are in a good relationship despite the separation and I look forward to making music with him in the near future”.

“Even as a duo, I released a couple of EPs which didn’t pose as an issue for the team. Going Solo is the best time for me to dedicated and invest more into my music after the decision to relocate,” he added.

Kwamz further reiterated his passion for producing some refreshing songs that contribute to the massive wave of Ghanaian sounds.

In an interview on Happy 98.9 FM's "Epa Hoa Daben" with Sefah Danquah, Theophilus Tei Ayanu Head of the Express Mail Service (EMS) at Ghana Post, discussed the evolving role of postal services in today's digital age. “Indeed digitalization and technology has come to change a lot of things but we’re still significant and one of Ghana’s most essential service delivery agencies. The internet has helped but mostly you’ll need someone to bring the physical products to your door step and that is how we come in and deliver efficiently,” he said. Mr. Ayanu also stressed the significance of World Post Day and emphasized that World Post Day serves as a vital platform to educate the public about the enduring importance of postal services. He further acknowledged the role of the internet in facilitating modern communication but stressed that there is still an undeniable need for physical product delivery. Many individuals and businesses rely on EMS to ensure prompt and efficient delivery to their doorsteps. He reiterated that it is working on innovative products and services aimed at enhancing the quality of its service delivery, offering an even better experience for its valued customers. “World Post Day is reserved to educate the public about the importance of postal services.
