Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr. known by his stage name Shatta Wale has thrown a jab at radio presenters who critic his music.
Speaking on ‘Showbix Xtra’ on Happy FM he said: I toil to release a song and a radio presenter comes on air to give me negative reviews. An ‘A lister’ and an established brand like Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Samini does not deserve that’’ he stated.

He also mentioned that most of the radio presenters started before he did but he has more money than they have.

‘’I have been in this industry for a long time and I know radio presenters I have more money than they can ever boast off’’ he said.
He employed his former name Bandana as his alter ego to buttress his longevity in the showbiz industry.

‘’Which presenter has been able to been able to buy a car for his fan, even in the showbiz industry no artiste has been able to do that. Radio presenters have nothing and this is Bandana talking’’ he noted.

He however, advised radio presenters to desist from review a musician like they will a labourer.
‘’ Stop criticising artistes like they are labourers our business does not need bashing we need to be respected’’ he said.
He also observed that it is due to some utterances from radio presenters that account for government not taking the showbiz industry.

Shatta Wale is on a promotional tour for his third studio album ‘Wonderboy’ which is set to drop on the 19th of October, 2019.
