I prefer freemason to Illuminati – Epixode

Reigning VGMA reggae/ dancehall artiste of the year, Epixode, has denied any claims that he announced in an interview his interest in joining the Illuminati or selling his soul to them if the chance arises.

The artiste clarified in an interview with Doctar Cann on the Ayekoo After Dryve on Happy98.9FM that, “What I said was that people saw a sign in my video and they think it is illuminati but then it is not illuminati. It’s actually from Egyptian history and it’s called the Eye of Oris”.

Epixode explained that he put that sign in his video because of the meaning of the ‘Eye of Oris’ but people have already started tagging him with than as an illuminati which he is not and will never even admit to saying that he would sell his soul to the illuminati.

He noted that he has seen the wrong publications and “that is why I’m using this platform to clear that I’ve never said I want to sell my soul. For what? I come from a Christian background and I am a Christian so I’m not selling my soul for anything”.

The artiste lashed out at whoever made the publication about him wanting to sell his soul, saying that when he mentioned that the sign is from Egyptian history, the person could simply have read about the ‘Eye of Oris’ and made him (Epixode) an educator rather than try to put such negative words in his mouth.

The Eye of Oris or Horus is an ancient Egyptian symbol which symbolizes healing, protection, rejuvenation, rebirth, resurrection and wholeness.

Epixode however noted that he would join the free masons if he had the opportunity and if need be because he likes that they have good connection and help each other. “If I get to a stage in my life that I feel like it is important in this space, I would consider it. For instance, if I want to go to Harvard and there’s someone among the masons who’s in there, it would be a good connect so for me, it’s not something bad”, he further stated.
