Ghanaian actor, Kwadwo Nkansah, professionally known as Lil Win, says he rejected offers from big clubs in the Ghana Premier League because he wants to ply his trade in Europe.

According to him, he rejected offers from big clubs like current Ghana Premier League holders, Asante Kotoko, and others and he is fresh in the transfer market as it stands now.

Lil Win joined Division One club New Edubiase FC in 2021 after bagging an ambassadorial deal with the club.

He signed a two-year deal with the club and featured five times for New Edubiase FC.

Lil Win, who has however been sidelined for a long period from games for the club, attributed his absence to injuries he picked and also grabbing a new deal abroad.

In an Exclusive interview on Happy FM, Lil Win said, ” I rejected offers from big clubs in Ghana. Asante Kotoko and others wanted me to pen my signature for them but I declined,” he told Joe Debrah host of Waputu Sports.

“I currently have an offer from and European club and my manager and I are working towards that. There is too much hate in the local scene and I want to ply my trade elsewhere” he added.
