I will seize passports of NPP officials after December 7 elections – Hopeson Adorye

A Leading Member of the Movement for Change, Hopeson Adorye has revealed his plans to prevent officials of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) from traveling out of the country after the December 7 elections.

According to the former Member of the NPP, he will seize the passports of NPP officials after they lose the December 7 presidential elections to prevent them from leaving the country because they have to account for their stewardship.

Hopeson Adorye said he will take over the Kotoka International Airport on behalf of the new President to make sure that any NPP official who will travel out of Ghana will be apprehended.

“I say the moment the moment we vote and the EC declares that the NPP is not the winner, I will prevent any of their officials from travelling out of the country. Take it for me that no NPP official will travel out of the country.”

“The moment they lose I will take over the airport and I will seize their passports, none of them will be able to leave the country. Take it from me because I won’t go further on this issue,” Hopeson Adorye told the press during the Afranfranto Mega Victory Walk in Kumasi.
