IndigoHomes Ghana Limited is setting a new benchmark for quality and delivery at its GreenwichPark development, as Founder and CEO, Cheryl Mills, led a high-level site engagement with internal stakeholders, during her maiden visit to the site 4 months after construction commencement.
The visit brought together construction teams, contractors, and staff working on the 19.5-acre master-planned community in Borteyman, Accra, adjacent to the Tema Motorway.
Addressing the teams on site, Ms. Mills set a clear tone on execution, emphasizing the importance of timelines, consistency in standards, and accountability across all levels of delivery. She underscored that the homeowner experience remains central to the company’s success, noting that the quality of delivery directly influences customer trust, and long-term brand reputation.
“We rely on you to deliver to the standards we have set. Getting it right the first time is essential to protecting both the homeowner experience and the integrity of our brand,” she noted.
Beyond construction, Mills highlighted the development’s role in skills transfer and capacity building, with over 700 workers expected to pass through the project lifecycle. She described this as part of an “IndigoHomes On-the-Job Academy,” aimed at developing talent within the construction ecosystem.
She further noted the company’s commitment to training the team on new skill-set, internal growth, reinforcing IndigoHomes’ focus on building both communities and careers.
GreenwichPark, IndigoHomes’ third and largest development in Accra, will deliver 270 homes within a fully planned community featuring 2.5 acres of green spaces and integrated lifestyle amenities, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, and recreational areas.

Phase 1 is expected to be delivered from October 2026, with full completion projected for the second quarter of 2031.
GreenwichPark forms part of IndigoHomes’ broader contribution to addressing Ghana’s housing deficit by increasing the supply of quality, moderately priced homes within well-planned communities. GreenwichPark provides a structured, secure, and well-serviced alternative, while helping to ease pressure on the market and raise the standard of residential living.
Ms. Mills is an investor and entrepreneur with interests across real estate, healthcare, and industrial development in Ghana. She is also the Founder and
CEO of LuccaHealth in Accra and Westpark Industrial Park in Takoradi, alongside other ventures in East Africa.
