Inter Allies expounds on reasons behind coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi's exit

Technical Director of Inter Allies Willie Kluste has disclosed reasons behind the departure of coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi.
Reports went rife on Tuesday that the Tema-based outfit have mutually rescinded the contract of Japanese trainer, Kenichi Yatsuhashi.
However, the club’s technical director has expatiated the reasons that culminated in the departure of the former Hearts of Oak gaffer during an interview with Happy FM‘s Wamputu Sports.
“Kenichi is no more inter allies coach. Absence of the league is the reason why he left,” he told Happy FM. “He wants to works to earn money and cater for his family.”
“We have not sacked Kenichi, he wants to leave because he came to Ghana because of the league and since the league is no more, he wants to leave.”
“Yaw Preko and another coach from Togo will be handling the team for now.”
“We pleaded with him to wait for some time but he refused.”
“Kenichi is not the idle type so he wants to move on to seek for another job else since we don’t know when the league is resuming.”
Kluste was quizzed if his outfit will make a move for Coach Charles Akunnor – who was sacked by AshantiGold SC last week for alleged gross insubordination and indiscipline.
“If CK Akunnor is the coach that will help Inter Allies, why not he is welcome. We want a coach that can help Inter Allies.”
Yatsuhashi made a surprise switch to the Ghanaian top-flight in November last year, 17 months after his shock exit from Hearts of Oak.
He guided the Capelli Boys to the 6th position on the league table with 24 points after the end of the first round.
