The Ministry of the Interior has announced the commencement of Phase II of the 2025/26 recruitment exercise into Ghana’s internal security agencies under the Centralized Services E-Recruitment Portal (C-SERP).

In a statement, the Ministry congratulated applicants who successfully passed Phase I of the recruitment process and outlined key arrangements for the next stage, which involves documentation and body inspection.

According to the Ministry, the screening exercise will run from January 12 to February 4, 2026, and will be conducted in the following order: Ghana Police Service, Ghana Prisons Service, Ghana National Fire Service, and Ghana Immigration Service.

The statement clarified that scheduling is currently ongoing for applicants to the Ghana Police Service only, adding that details for applicants to the other services will be released after January 15, 2026, in the stated order.

The Ministry explained that applicants will receive SMS notifications indicating their exact screening date, time, and designated centre.

Applicants can also log onto the C-SERP portal to confirm their screening centre and whether they have been scheduled for the morning or noon session.

Morning applicants are expected to report by 7:00 am, while noon applicants must report by 12:00 noon.

The Ministry cautioned that failure to adhere strictly to the assigned schedules could result in disqualification.

Applicants have been advised to report to their screening centres with original copies and photocopies of required documents, including the application summary report, biometric birth certificate, Ghana Card, JHS certificate, two passport-sized photographs, and all other relevant educational certificates.

The Ministry urged all applicants to comply fully with the guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful screening process.
