The Ministry of the Interior has directed applicants in the ongoing 2025/26 recruitment exercise to submit complaints regarding the Aptitude Test through designated email channels.

This follows a social media engagement session held on Sunday, 22nd February 2026, which aimed to provide applicants with information on the conduct of the test and address common system-related challenges.

Applicants are required to send their concerns to the relevant email address based on the Service they applied to.

Those who applied to multiple Services may submit to any of the Services.

Emails should follow the prescribed format, including:
1. Applicant ID
2. Incident Date/Time
3. Phone Number
4. Concern (select from: Could Not Start Test, Can’t Login, Could Not Complete Test, Test Taken but Still Shows “Start Test”, or Others, describe)

The email addresses for submissions are as follows:
1. Ghana Police Service: policecserp@trybenet.com
2. Ghana Prisons Service: prisonscserp@trybenet.com
3. Ghana National Fire Service: cserpgnis@trybenet.com
4. Ghana Immigration Service: cserpgis@trybenet.com

The Ministry urged all applicants to adhere strictly to the format to ensure their complaints are efficiently addressed.
