Founder and Traditional doctor of Sarbash Herbal Center, Doctor Kwaku Sarbah, has charged Ghanaians to always pray over their lands and properties before using them because “some lands and properties are cursed.”
Speaking to Rev. Nyansa Boakwa on Happy 98.9FM’s NsemPii, he said, “Even the Bible in Deuteronomy 8:7 made us understand that God said he will bring us into where the good lands are; which means there are bad lands as well.”
He hinted that, this is actually one of the reasons why a lot of people are unable to stay in a house for long, and also why some businesses are unable to last and succeed in a particular place.
“This only happens when you don’t perform the necessary rights before moving into the house or the land. Rites have to be performed and prayers have to be said on each land before it can be used for whichever purpose it wants to be used for,” he said.
He explained the reason most people face these challenge is because, “they do not do the needful hence the bad spirits living on the land start to retaliate.
The land might be good and have no issues, but because it does not belong to whoever is on it, it will do everything possible to drive you out,” he emphasized.
He advised people to start praying on their lands and also finding out the history of the land. “Do this before building or developing it to prevent the landowners from finding themselves in uncomfortable situations.”
