I’ve never in my life taken a bribe – Anas

Ace investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas has thrown down the gauntlet to those with credible corruption evidence against him to prove it.
According to him, he has never taken bribe in his journalism career to take down a story.
Speaking in an interview Anas insisted that, “I’ve never in my life taken a bribe before, nowhere! Whoever has a proof should bring it. It will crash.”
Anas stated in an apparent response to Ken Agyapong’s “Who Watches the Watchman” documentary “I know myself and I believe in myself. I know I’ve never taken bribe from anywhere. You can premiere 30 times nothing will come out of it.”
Anas added that, he remains undisturbed by efforts of his attackers to “frustrate and derail” him.
“These are tactics to shift focus; people are just blowing hot air.”
He however dared those with incriminating evidence against him to face him in court.
Anas also confessed that, his team of investigative journalists at Tiger Eye PI did not think the exposé on corruption in football administration would get the high traction it got ahead of the release and after the release. “I didn’t know there would be this kind of eruption.”
Anas recently exposed corruption in the Ghana Football Association leading to the dissolution of the football governing body and the resignation of the FA head Kwesi Nyantakyi.
