The founder and leader of New Force movement, Nana Kwame Bediako popularly known as Cheddar has promised to revamp Kantamanto market following a devastating fire outbreak.
Presenting GH¢50, 000 to the management of the Kantamanto market during his visit to the scene, Cheddar said the money serves as a token and beginning of his intention to rebuild the Kantamanto market to give hope to the victims again.
He called on all Ghanaians to join hands with the little they have and contribute to the revamping of the market.
“I plead with the government to direct its attention to the victims and help them out”.
Cheddar called on kantamanto management, Assembly members and local authorities in the area to put measures in place to roll the traders on insurance to cushion them in such circumstances.
