Chief Executive Officer of DataBank group, Kojo Addae-Mensah has taken a swipe at the scores of supporters who thronged the training grounds of Asante Kotoko to disrupt their Thursday training session by barring coach Zdravko Lugarusic from performing his duty.
Addae-Mensah, who is an avowed Kotoko supporter asserted that supporters of the club should give the gaffer some time to do his job instead of deliberating frustrating him in the discharge of his duties.
Speaking on Happy FM, the astute financial expert advised the supporters to desist from such actions as what happened at training grounds on Thursday and go through the proper means to channel their grievances.
“I’m very disappointed with what the Kotoko supporters did at the training grounds. In fact it’s primitive to say the least and it must be condemned in all uncertain terms. These miscreants must be heavily discouraged because their actions could derail the efforts of the club. The situation at the club now is not so desperate because they are third on the league log.” Kojo Addae-Mensah said on Happy FM.
Supporters of Asante Kotoko have not been impressed with the over-all performance of the club and have expressed their displeasure through several means including what happened on Thursday.
