Lady with the name Deborah Seyram Adablah has filed a suit against Ernest Kwasi Nimako, the Manager of First Atlantic Bank in Accra, Ghana.

She claimed although the relationship of a sexual nature persisted many months, Ernest Nimako failed to honour terms of their relationship.

In the writ, the lady avers that she entered into a private and intimate relationship with the manager.

She stated further that she subsequently entered into a “Parlor relationship” with Nimako against her will.

“Plaintiff avers that, the relationship started as a result of a persistent sexual harassment and abuse by the 1st Defendant [Nimako], a superior officer who wielded a lot of power which the plaintiff finally gave in without which she would have found working in the 2nd Defendant [bank] office a nightmare.” she alleged.

According to the writ of summon, if any female staff refuses to give in to the demands of the senior male staff, your life at the bank will be made unhappy and uncomfortable.

Again, almost all the senior managers have a girlfriend in the bank and they change the ladies at their will.

“And if you failed to give in to their demands, your life in the bank is made unhappy, uncomfortable and unfriendly to work in,” she averred in her writ of summons.
