Minister charges media to monitor distribution of NADMO relief items with eagle eyes

The Central Regional Minister has called on the media to keenly monitor the distribution of NADMO relief items received from NADMO national office.

Mr. Eduamoah Ekow Panyin Okyere upon taking delivery of relief items from the Director of Inspectorate Division at NADMO called on the media to keenly monitor the distribution of the items to affected persons. He used the occasion to express gratitude to NADMO for coming to their side with some relief items. He pledged to assure it gets to the victims.

The Director of Inspectorate Division at NADMO, Amo Yartey, who delivered the items on behalf of the Director said the relief items are meant to support those who are now displaced as a result of their collapsed and demolished buildings. The items received included bags of rice, cooking oil, mosquito nets, sachets of Milo and mattresses.

The Central Regional NADMO Director, Kwesi Dawood, assured that internally displaced persons in the Cape Coast metropolis will benefit from the relief items.
