Ghanaian gospel diva, Joyce Blessing, has revealed that her brand is bigger than awards.
She said this in an interview on ‘Ayekoo’ After Drive Show on Happy FM with DJ Advicer on Wednesday.
“I’ve received 22 awards so I’m too big for awards. I have grown and I know what is in the industry and so I wasn’t surprised,” she said when DJ Advicer, asked her whether she got surprised ‘Bethel revival choir’ won the Gospel Song of the Year at the just ended 3Music awards.
Joyce Blessing remained silent after DJ Advicer, asked her whether her brand is bigger than awards.
She however replied…’’ I’m too big to talk about not winning awards or to say I should have won this award. My brand has develop, so it is not now that I’m going to sit and talk ‘’ she said.
Joyce Blessing has since in the year 2014 worked hard and has received lot of awards with the likes of Vodafone Music awards [VGMA] , Ghana Music awards South Africa, Brong Ahafo Music awards and many more with different categories.
Joyce Blessing is currently promoting her new single dubbed ‘Di Asa’.
