The National Service Authority (NSA) has cautioned the public to disregard a fake publication circulating on social media titled “National Students Service Postings Update.”

In a statement issued on November 4, 2025, the Authority stated that the false publication, which bears the NSA logo, claimed that a second batch of National Students Service postings would be released on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

The NSA clarified that the information did not originate from the Authority and should be treated as fake.

The statement urged the general public especially prospective National Service personnel and tertiary institutions to ignore the false notice and rely only on verified communication channels for authentic updates.

“All official announcements and updates from the National Service Authority are only published through our verified communication channels,” the statement emphasized, listing the official website (www.gnsa.gov.gh), social media pages, and official press releases as the only credible sources of information.

The Authority emphasized its commitment to transparency and timely communication and assured stakeholders that they would continue to receive accurate updates through its official platforms.

The NSA also expressed appreciation to the public for their vigilance and cooperation in helping curb the spread of misinformation.
