Social thinker, Nana Otupiri Darko has argued that NDC and NPP are Ghana’s Political “Monsters”.

In his analysis on Happy 98.9 FM’s “Epa Hoa Daben” socio-political talk show, he highlighted the contrasting narratives exhibited by these two political parties upon assuming power.

“They put on the mask of saviours and raise the hopes of Ghanaians that you vote them into power and they turn against you. They are only monsters seeking their own interests and disregard the good of the country. The monstral part of them is their betrayal of Ghanaians, and this is the time for some of us to speak,” he said.

He urged Ghanaians to awaken their critical thinking and make informed choices as they approach the pivotal 2024 general election.

Otupriri Darko holds the belief that the majority of Ghanaians possess more competence than politicians.

The 2024 general election is fast approaching and there have already been some series of dramatic developments in Ghana’s political landscape with the latest being Alan Kyeremanten’s resignition from the NPP.

He declared his intention to contest for the Presidnecy as an independent candidate under his newly launched party, Movement for Change banner.
