Reports reaching happyghana.com indicate that, NPP Polling agents in the Ejisu constituency have besieged their party office over failure by Party executives to pay them for work done during the elections.

According to them, party executives are expected to give them GHC 500 each but they were given only GHC 200 remaining GHC 300.

The polling agents alleged that the envelopes that contained their money had been unsealed, which means the executives intentionally reduced the GHC 500 expected to be given to them.

The polling agents have gathered at the NPP party office in the Ejisu constituency of the Ashanti Region demanding the remainder of the amount.

One agent who spoke to happyghana.com stated , they are not going to “lose guard” for party executives to treat them in that manner.

“It is something that they normally do when we work for them but for the love of the party we ignore it. But this time around they are not going to take it easy from us at all”.
