Nii Lante Bannerman has emerged victorious in the Odododiodio orphan constituency elections, pulling five hundred and forty-two (542) votes whiles his closest rival Michael Nii Yarboi Annan got Two hundred and forty (240) votes.
Nathaniel Nii Naatey Atswele Nartey and Reginald Niibi Ayibonte got nine (9) and seventy (70) votes respectively.
In an earlier an interview with Happy FM’s special election coverage team ahead of the primaries, Nii Lante Bannerman, said he will give incumbent Member of Parliament Edwin Nii Lantey Vanderpuye run for his money in the 2020 general election.
Meanwhile, Nii Lantey Vanderpuye was elected as MP during the 2012 elections,
The NPP is conducting parliamentary primaries in one hundred and four (104) constituencies.
