NPP's David Prah calls Ayariga 'waste of time'

The Eastern Regional Communication Director of the ruling New Patriotic Party David Prah has fired a fierce potshot at the founder and leader of the All Peoples Congress (APC), Mr Hassan Ayariga – claiming that he has no inch of credibility to question the work of the National Identification Authority (NIA) boss, Prof. Kenneth Attafua.
“Let me send this message to Hassan Ayariga, it’s because of politics, Hassan Ayariga doesn’t have a single inch of credibility. No way Ayariga Apuuu,” he told Kwame Afrifa-Mensah on Happy FM’s Epa Hoa Daben show.
He added, “Someone who comes here and says a whole Professor Attafua, an elderly person is looting Ghana. He [Ayariga] said this, and I’m treating it with the highest contempt it deserves. Don’t let us waste time on discussing him.”
“If I [Prah] spend my money to buy a bottle of water and after drinking I come here to reply or discuss Hassan Ayariga then excuse, I don’t respect myself. He is a waste of time.”
Mr Prah reaction comes on the back of Hassan Ayariga’s assertion that Prof. Attafua is looting the country money.
The NIA failed for the five times after it has announced it date of commencement of registration.
Later, the NIA apologised to the Presidency and other institutions for its inability to issue the Ghana Card some few weeks ago according to the NIA, it was unable to start the registration and issuance of the card as announced due to “technical difficulties.”
