With hearts full of gratitude, the National Sports Authority (NSA) through its Resource Mobilisation and Partnership Committee (RMPC) has gratefully accepted a generous donation of 2,120 sports essentials from the Ghana-Anhui Chamber of Commerce.
The donation, presented in support of the Constituency Games, includes 600 pairs of footwear — peace canvas sneakers and casual shoes — and 1,520 peace T-shirts in adult unisex sizes from XS to 3XL.
The presentation ceremony was graced by key figures in Ghana sports: Dr. Fred Awaah, Chairman of the NSA Governing Board, Mr. Yaw Ampofo Ankrah, Director General of the NSA, Mr. Richard Akpokavie, President of the Ghana Olympic Committee, Samson Deen, Chairman of the Resource Mobilisation and Partnership Committee (RMPC) committee, and Andre Ayew, former Black Stars captain. Also in attendance were members of the RMPC, the Ghana-China Community, and other stakeholders.

Receiving the items on behalf of the NSA, leadership expressed deep appreciation for the Chamber’s commitment to grassroots sports development.

Speaking at the ceremony, Andre Ayew also extended his appreciation to the Ghana-Anhui Chamber, describing the support as “important to the growth and promotion of Ghanaian sports.”
The NSA extends its sincere thanks to the Ghana-Anhui Chamber of Commerce for this timely and impactful gesture. These items will go a long way in equipping young athletes across constituencies, encouraging participation, and nurturing the next generation of Ghanaian sporting talent.
We are grateful for partners who believe in the power of sport to unite and uplift communities. This donation is not just equipment — it is an investment in dreams.
