The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced an extension for the submission of Monthly Evaluation Forms, moving the final date to Friday, February 6, 2026.
This move aims to provide National Service Personnel (NSP) who have yet to complete their documentation sufficient time to comply with the mandatory requirement.
In a statement signed by the Director-General, Ruth Dela Seddah, the Authority emphasized that this extension is a grace period for personnel to ensure their records are in order.
The submission of these forms remains the critical legal basis for validating active service status and ensuring the timely processing of monthly allowances.
To improve the efficiency of the submission process, the NSA is also launching a mandatory digital appointment feature on its portal.
Starting Sunday, February 1, 2026, all service personnel are required to log into their individual dashboards to schedule an appointment before visiting their respective District Offices.
According to the Authority, this new measure is designed to eliminate the long queues often seen at district centers and to create a more organized, convenient environment for both staff and personnel.
The Director-General cautioned that any personnel who fail to meet the new February 6 deadline risk significant delays in their allowance payments.
The Authority urged all NSP to rely strictly on official NSA communication channels for updates and to avoid misinformation from external sources.
