Nsawam to host Happy98.9FM’s ‘Happy On Wheels’ show

Ghana’s pacesetting radio brand, Happy 98.9 FM as part of its engagements with loyal listeners will on Thursday, May 30 2024, bring its ‘Happy on Wheels’ show to listeners at Nsawam and its environs.

Happy on Wheels’ is an initiative by Happy FM that aims at taking radio closer to its audience as part of the stations’ community engagement objective.

The “Epa Hoa Daben” socio-political show will broadcast live from Nsawam lorry station with real time engagements with residents, indepth discussions, interviews with opinion leaders, Municipal Chief Executive, Assembly members, NDC and NPP parliamentary candidates for the Nsawam Adoagyiri constituency.

The episode promises to bring Happy FM’s personalities and programs to the doorstep of listeners, traders and residents who ply their businesses at the Nsawam lorry station will get a platform to share pressing issues affecting the constituency, their perspectives in order to gain answers from authorities.

Programs Manager for HappyFM, Kwabena Ampong expressed excitement about the new location, stating that Nsawam is a vibrant and bustling town with a diverse population hence the decision to provide them the platform to share their thoughts on issues that matter to them most.

“The decision to host ‘Happy On Wheels in Nsawam comes as part of Happy FM’s commitment to engaging with communities, giving them the platform to share their views on issues affecting them including community development, governance and social issues. I will like to use this opportunity to encourage the people of Nsawam to come all out on issues affecting them, their leaders will be there to answer all their plights so that, together we can drive the change we want to see in the constituency”.
