The National Service Scheme (NSS) has taken a significant step forward in the deployment of trained teachers across Ghana by releasing the first batch of PIN codes for 13,353 individuals. This marks the commencement of this year’s mandatory national service for these educators.

According to a statement issued by Mr. Ambrose Entsiwah Jnr, the Acting Director of Corporate Affairs at NSS, eligible teachers are encouraged to promptly visit the scheme’s website, www.nss.gov.gh, to initiate the online enrollment process.

It’s highlighted that the enrollment procedure requires a registration fee of GHS 40.00, payable at any branch of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), granting access to the primary enrollment platform.

Enrollment is set to kick off on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, and will conclude on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. With enrollment about to begin, it’s anticipated that these trained educators will soon be actively engaged in bolstering Ghana’s educational sector.
