The Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Alban Bagbin, has announced that the Second Meeting of the First Session of the Ninth Parliament of the Fourth Republic will begin on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

In a statement released from his office on May 12, the Speaker indicated that the House will sit at 10:00 a.m. at Parliament House in Accra.

The notice was issued in line with Order 58 of the Standing Orders of the Parliament of Ghana, which requires the Speaker to provide formal notice of parliamentary sittings.

This session marks the end of the recent parliamentary recess and the resumption of official legislative business.
