61 years old American Pastor, Tracey Sydnor, has met her untimely death by being stabbed multiple times by her son.
The boy who has been identified as Kenji Francis stayed with his mother on Wyona St. near Livonia Ave. in New York, United States.
Tracey before her death was appointed as the head pastor for the Upper Room Baptist Church on Rockaway Ave. in Bedford-Stuyvesant in November 2021.
A police report shows that she died from knife wounds after she was stabbed at least 15 times all over her body, including her neck, ear and hands.
A knife was found from a bedroom in the house and sources believe it was the murder weapon.
According to the Daily News, a friend of Sydnor, Terrence Reed said; “She was the glue that kept everything together. Not one bad thing can be said about her”.
In the meantime, Francis has been arrested pending further investigation and trial. So far, there has been no history of mental illness and arrests.
“It seems like he just snapped”, a police source said.
