The Police in Parliament has blocked the entrance to the chamber to avoid entering of four suspended MPs
This follows a decision by the minority to allow in it’s three suspended MPs into the chamber today to perform their duties .
To avoid chaos in the House it has been an order from Mr. Speaker to block two main entrances to the chamber, leaving only one door for the MPs
The Speaker last week suspended four MPs over disturbances at the vetting committee, adding that the actions of the MPs is a dent on the image of Parliament and it is a disgrace to the country on the international scene .
Speaker Bagbin directed that, the chief whips from each side, Nelson Rockson Defeamekpor , Frank Annor Dompreh and the Deputy Minority Whip Jerry Ahmed Shaib and Alhassan Tampuli be suspended for two weeks from partaking in all parliamentary business.
