Political apathy slowing progress in Ghana – Omari Wadie

National Vice Chair of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Michael Omari Wadie has expressed his dissatisfaction about Ghanaian politicians sabotaging each other.

He was speaking in an interview on Happy FM’s political talk show, ”Epa Hoa Daben”.

According to him instead of politicians helping each other to ensure the development and success of Ghana, these politicians try to bring each other down. And  this is a major cause of slowed development in the country.

“They focus on fighting amongst themselves and celebrating the failures of their fellows”, he stated.

He advised politicians to work with smart and capable people no matter the party they belong to. He believes that doing so will lead to the development of Ghana.
