Prayer was my lifeline – Prophet Emmanuel Adjei

Prophet Emmanuel Adjei, founder of Prayer Palace International, has disclosed that, prayer is what has brought him this far.

According to him, he is one who grew up from a poor background with his single mother and brother with no hope for the future but he kept thriving and doing his best while praying and today he is where he is today.

“The only thing I could survive on while growing up was prayer hence, I never took my prayer life for a joke”.

Talking to Rev. Nyansa Boakwa on 98.9FM’s Obra Yi’s Edition of NsemPii he said, “I hardly got money for transportation so I used to walk to almost all my destinations and while at it, I was always praying. You will never see me walking without my lips moving”.

He explained that he did that because he wanted to hear from God and he also wanted God to speak to him so, “I never stopped praying and it has being a part of me till today”.

He disclosed that, at some point in his life he had only three things that kept him going and these were, “hope, I knew irrespective of how bad things were at the time tomorrow was going to be better so, I never confessed anything negative. I always said big things even when I had nothing and everything I said then has happened today”he added.

He went on to say that, the next thing he survived on was prayer and the last thing was honesty.

“People who knew me back in the day would testify to what I’m saying. That they always saw me walking and saw my lips moving while I was at it”.

He urged people to take their prayer lives serious and always speak positive words to themselves and watch them gradually manifest in their lives.
